The excellent properties of FEP determine that there is a great difference between the processing technology of FEP and that of common plastics in the extrusion process. The strict requirements of extrusion equipment and process make the production process difficult to control and easy to produce too many process quality problems. In the production and manufacture of FEP wire, the standard of production process and operation should be strictly controlled, and the processing temperature should not exceed the decomposition temperature.
