Introduction of Application characteristics of PVDF Pipe

      PVDF pipe is made of PVDF resin after high temperature extrusion. It is a kind of pure polymer. It contains no UV stabilizer, heat stabilizer, softener, etc. Additives such as lubricants or flame retardants. PVDF tubes can be soldered into solid and equipment (PVDF electrodes). Used for loading chemical liquids. It is suitable for pure chemical reagent and pure water system reaction in semiconductor industry. PVDF resin is extruded into pipe at high temperature. It is a kind of quite pure polymer. It does not contain ultraviolet stabilizer, heat stabilizer, softener. Additives such as lubricants or flame retardants. PVDF tubes can be welded into stereo and equipment. Used for loading chemical liquids. It is suitable for pure chemical reagent and pure water system reaction. 


     PVDF tube can work under 160 °for a long time. Since the chemical properties of PVDF tubes are almost no longer superior to any medium in hydrolysis and chemical corrosion resistance, outstanding UV resistance and weather resistance. Good mechanical rigidity, high strength, good creep resistance, excellent wear resistance and sliding performance, inherent low flammability, good electrical insulation. Chemical equipment, food processing machinery, packaging machine parts, pump parts, rotating disc, pipes, seals, valves, slide rails, etc. Suitable for food, paper, textile, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
