Properties of Fluorine Plastics Pipe and its Application in Gas sampling and Pretreatment

      The excellent properties of fluoroplastic pipes include chemical stability, strong resistance to various strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, high insulation, no influence of temperature and frequency, high lubricity, outstanding non-adhesion, Minimum surface tension, good aging resistance, non-toxic. 


      Due to the practicability of fluoroplastic pipe, it can be widely used in chemical, mechanical, electronic, electric, textile, rubber, food, medical equipment, aviation, aerospace, communications, petroleum and other industrial production. And fully reflects the ideal use of the effect. When applied in gas sampling and preprocessing, in addition to fluoroplastic pipes, they must be matched with other components, such as high temperature sampling probes, gas supply units and so on. The high-temperature sampling probe consists of a sampling tube, a sampling probe, a filter, a heater and a climate protection box. The filter embedded in the sampling probe is a filter medium to filter the smoke and dust in the flue gas. 

     

      The constant temperature of the sampling probe is 180 ℃ ±2 ℃ to avoid water condensation in flue gas and solidification of unknown high boiling point compounds. The fluorine plastic pipe is used as the heating sampling gas pipeline, which is the heating sampling pipe with φ 40mm sheath. It has built φ pfa high temperature and corrosion resistant fluorine plastic pipe. Its maximum temperature is 260 ℃, and the temperature inside the pipe is controlled at 180 ℃. The requirement of gas sampling and pretreatment is satisfied. 


      The air supply unit in the system includes high temperature pump, high temperature switch valve, secondary filter and Flowmeter, all parts are constant temperature at 180 ℃. The high-temperature sampling pump can extract the flue gas from the flue, and the flue gas can be filtered by the secondary filter to remove the ultra-fine smoke dust, and the Flowmeter can monitor the flue gas flow rate.
