1, Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE (F4)
Suitable medium for PTFE Resin and PTFE Powder: strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizer, organic solvent, etc. the working temperature is less than 180 degrees.
Features PTFE Resin and PTFE Powder : excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, low friction coefficient, excellent self moistening material, poor fluidity and high thermal expansion. Its characteristic properties are not as good as other materials, so polytetrafluoroethylene is called "Plastic King", which is the most corrosion resistant material in the world.
2, Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene , that is PFA.
Suitable medium: strong acid, strong base, strong oxidant, organic solvent, etc. Working temperature: ≤ 180 ℃
Characteristics: it is a new fluorine-containing resin similar to F46. It is a new kind of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) which is developed to overcome the difficulty of processing and forming of PTFE and keeps the excellent properties of PTFE completely. Good mechanical, electrical insulation, outstanding heat resistance and low friction coefficient, refractory, low smoke, good atmospheric resistance. The biggest advantage is that it is easier to form.
3, polyperfluoroethylenepropylene (FEP, F46)
Suitable medium: any organic solvents or reagents, dilute or inorganic acids, alcohols, ketones, aromatics, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc. Working temperature: ≤ 180 ℃
Characteristics: mechanical, electrical and chemical stability are basically the same as those of F4, but the outstanding advantages are high impact toughness, continuous impact even with notched specimens, excellent weathering and radiation resistance, and easy forming and processing. It is a kind of fluorinated resin developed to overcome the difficulty of forming and processing of PTFE. Except for using temperature lower than F4, the excellent properties of PTFE are maintained.
4, polytrifluoroethylene (PCTFE,F3)
Suitable medium: various organic solvents, inorganic corrosion solution (oxidizing acid). Working temperature: ≤ 120 ℃
Features: heat resistance, electrical properties and chemical stability second only to F 4, mechanical strength, creep resistance, hardness is better than F4.
5,Polyvinylidene fluoride( PVDF F2)
Suitable medium: resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Working temperature: ≤ 120 ℃
Characteristics: better tensile strength and compression strength than F4, better bending and cold flow resistance; weathering resistance, radiation resistance, light resistance and aging resistance, etc.
6, modified polypropylene (GXPP)
Suitable medium: aqueous solution of inorganic salt, inorganic acid, dilute or concentrated solution of alkali. Working temperature: ≤ 100 ℃
Features: it is one of the lightest plastics, its yield, tensile and compression strength, hardness are superior to low pressure polyethylene, has outstanding rigidity, good heat resistance, easy to shape, cheap. After modification, the impact, fluidity and modulus of elasticity are improved.
7, modified polyolefin GXPO)
Suitable medium: various concentrations of acid, base salts and some organic solvents. Working temperature: ≤ 110 ℃
Is the worldundefineds most ideal anticorrosion, anti-static, non-toxic, high quality materials, has been widely used in rotary molding of large equipment and valves, pipes as lining. Widely used in chemical, metallurgical, food, transportation, medicine, textile and other industries.
8.Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Suitable medium: water resistance, strong alkali, non-oxidizing acid, chain hydrocarbon, oil and ozone, etc. Working temperature: ≤ 60 ℃
Features: high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, excellent oil resistance and aging resistance, easy fusion and bonding, low price.
Suitable medium: can resist all kinds of corrosive medium (acid, alkali, salt, except oxidizing acid) and organic solvent. Working temperature: ≤ 100 ℃
Features: outstanding wear resistance, low friction coefficient and self-lubricity; excellent stress cracking resistance, high temperature creep resistance and low temperature resistance; excellent tensile strength, extremely high impact strength. Excellent chemical stability and fatigue resistance; no adsorption on the surface, excellent electrical insulation, non-toxic and other excellent comprehensive properties.
Suitable medium: organic solvent, heat resistant oil, acid and brine. Working temperature: ≤ 120 ℃
Features: high mechanical properties, very low friction coefficient under water lubrication, good electrical properties and low resistance to acid and alkali erosion, not easy to deform due to changes in temperature and humidity, easy to form and low in price.
