Processing Methlod of PTFE: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is formed by free radical polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. Industrial polymerization is agitated in the presence of a large amount of water to disperse the reaction heat and to control the temperature. The polymerization is usually carried out at 4080 ℃ ~ 326kg / cm ~ 2 pressure with inorganic persulfate, organic peroxide as initiator or redox initiator.
