The difference between polytetrafluoroethylene and PFA


PFA is soluble polytetrafluoroethylene, which has high fluidity at high temperature. It is mainly used for injection molding chemical components. The temperature is generally within 220.


The high temperature melting of polytetrafluoroethylene does not have fluidity, it is not produced by injection molding. It is usually produced by molding or pushing and pressing. It is mainly used in chemical or mechanical parts. The temperature is at -180+260 degrees. The use temperature of modified polytetrafluoroethylene can be close to 280 degrees.
