What Is the FEP Application in Wire and Cable Field

Strength, a high performance material, is widely used in aerospace, chemical, electronic, telecommunications, textile, medical machinery, petroleum and other industries. In the chemical industry,polyfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) components are used as corrosion resistance barrier or anti sticky lining for metal equipment, such as lining ball valves, lining valves, etc.. Polyfluoroethylene propylene pipe is used. It can be used as a corrosion-resistant liquid surface tube. It is non-toxic and has good low temperature resistance. It can be used as a blood cryopreservation bag. It can also be combined with organic glass as a solar collector for domestic solar collector. Polyfluoroethylene propylene film is used as a low temperature sealing material. Bonding force is often used as electrode in PTFE welding.

        In electronic and electrical industry, polyfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) is used as an insulating material for use in an environment of 180~220 degrees C or temperature difference. Its thin wires are used in electronic computers, telephone exchange stations, and their thick insulated wires are used in temperature regulators and blowers. Polyfluoroethylene propylene is also used as a sheath for cable and its porous material. Material as the insulating layer of coaxial cable can reduce the dielectric constant. The smoke produced by polyfluoroethylene propylene at fire alarm is very small, so the insulation material has been widely used in the interior of the office building cable
