PTFE Made In China Applied In China High Speed Train Renaissanc,FUXING

      On the morning of June 25, 2017, a new member of the Chinese high-speed rail family, Renaissance, was added. The high-speed train is a Chinese standard EMU with full independent intellectual property rights. It has been successfully developed and produced. Marks the railway complete sets of technical equipment, especially the high-speed EMU has been advanced in the world.


     On the other hand, the wear-resistant protective panel of the UHV bridge cable at the key part of the high speed train of "Fuxing" is undefined reinforced PTFE plate. Is the use of Dongyue Group PTFE Molding Powder DF-16A, Dongyue and Jiashan Oriental independently developed high-end PTFE materials. Because of its good wear resistance, aging resistance, flame retardancy and other properties, this material is specially used to replace the former wear-resistant board with rubber as the main material. The first batch supplied 26 columns of Revival, six for each column, 156 reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene plates. In the future, all wear-resistant panels for all motor vehicles will use this enhanced PTFE board. 

     With the impetus of "Belt and Road", the demand and consumption will be greatly increased, and the market prospects will be unlimited.  Prior to this, the UHV bridge cable used in EMU wear-resistant panels are made of rubber, requiring a three-year shelf life. But when the car is moving, because of the constant friction between the wear-resistant plate and the cable above, the rubber material is prone to aging under extremely cold and extremely hot conditions, and is always unable to meet the warranty period. It needs to be replaced in a short period of time. Increase the number of train maintenance and repair, but also seriously affect the running efficiency of the train. This wear-resistant plate is a substitute for foreign similar products and rubber plate if it is used to resist aging and flame-retardant polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Instead, the train is accessible both in the coldest north and in the hottest south. 

     Jiashan Dongfang and Dongyue began their strategic cooperation from 2014 to develop and develop enhanced PTFE materials to replace this rubber material in accordance with the conditions, requirements and indicators promulgated by the Chinese standard EMU. In 2015, the reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material samples were tested by a third party, and 500000 km of real vehicle test was conducted in 2016. And passed the test at the end of 2016. Officially off the line in April 2017, and as the partyundefineds birthday gift project, used on the Renaissance train.

     Before this kind of high-end reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene material, Jiashan Oriental has been using the world undefineds largest PTFE material. The tensile strength and elongation of DF-16A powder DF18-30 provided by Dongyue Group are better than those of the same type of products from abroad, and it has a great competitive advantage with the same type of raw materials abroad. In order to complete this high end reinforced PTFE replacement project with Jiashan Oriental, Dongyue Group fully exerts its advantages in research and development, production capacity, quality and cost control of PTFE resin. It has provided the PTFE resin raw materials with comprehensive advantages of performance and cost in the field of PTFE processing for high-speed rail, and continuously developed the technology for the special requirements of JIASHAN in the process of R & D. On the other hand, Jiashan Dongfang established a long-term communication mechanism with the high speed side on the performance of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin provided by Dongyue in the process of processing, and improved the technology of resin upgrading, and shared market information with Dongyue.
