Main working performance
1, Melting bond strength is enhanced and the viscosity of the dissolved body drops, but the performance is no change compared with the polytetrafluoroethylene. It can be processed by the ordinary thermoplastic molding method directly. It is suitable for the production of high temperature wire, cable insulating layer, etc.

3, The friction coefficient is the lowest in plastic, and good electrical properties, its electrical insulation is not affected by the temperature, the "plastic king" is called.
4, Chemical resistance is similar to that of polytetrafluoroethylene, better than vinylidene fluoride.

2. Poor fluidity, easy to decompose, and corrosive gas generated during decomposition. The molding temperature should not be strictly controlled to exceed 475 degrees, the mold should be heated to 150-200 degrees, and the casting system should have a small flow resistance.
3. Translucent pellets, injection molding, extrusion molding. The molding temperature is 350-400 degrees, and 475 degrees or more is liable to cause discoloration or bubble generation. And pay attention to demoulding will be more difficult.
4. Due to the corrosive effect of the molten material on the metal, the mold needs to be chrome-plated for long-term production.
