The characteristic of PVDF Resin for Extrusion FR907

The melting point (170) of the PVDF resin and the decomposition temperature (316) are quite different. The thermal stability is good and the processing is easy to be processed. However, the characteristics of the poor thermal conductivity of the PVDF resin melt, the higher viscosity and the decrease of the viscosity with the increase of shear stress should be considered.

The PVDF resin can be processed by the processing method of general thermoplastics. The specific conditions are as follows.

1 Casting

The casting PVDF resin film can be prepared by using two methyl acetamide as solvent and adding a solution containing a solid content of 20% on aluminum foil. After hot melt of 200~ 300 and fast water cooling, the casting of casting PVDF resin can be made.

The dispersing liquid of PVDF resin can also be sprayed. The products that need to be sprayed are heated to about 250 after surface treatment, spraying with a spray gun evenly, the pressure of the tank is 0.01 MPa, the air pressure of the spray gun is 0.1MP a, the spraying speed is 100 gPVDF per minute, and the sprayed products are heated by 30 m in at 120, and then added under 240~ 250. After 20 m in, a 20~ 40 m thick and smooth PVDF resin coating was formed.

2 Polarization

1 layers of metal film are evaporated by vacuum coating on both sides of the stretched PVDF resin film as electrodes. The commonly used metal has aluminum, copper and silver. The thickness of the coating is about 0.1 M. The polarization temperature is 80~ 100, the polarization field is 500 kV / cm, and the polarization time is 30~ 60 m in, and the piezoelectricity can be obtained. Good PVDF film.
