Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride (VDF) homopolymer or VDF with a relative molecular weight of 40 ~ 600000, with repeating units of CH2 CF2, CH2 and CF2 units. Alternately arranged, PVDF resin has the characteristics of both fluorine resin and general resin, and has excellent comprehensive properties. In addition to good chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance, ultraviolet resistance, radiation resistance, and piezoelectric properties, PVDF resin, Thermoelectric properties and other special properties, its application range is expanding, now it has become the second largest variety of fluorine resin after PTFE.

PVDF Resin for Compression Molding FR903 is a white pellet of polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer with high viscosity,which can be well fabricated into products by compression molding. Made from virgin PVDF 903,properly processed PVDF fabricated products provide good mechanical properties,toughness, and highly resistance to acid, alkali, oxidant and halogen at room temperature.The porous film is stable to aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon,alcohol and aldehyde.At a temperature above 100,it shows high resistance to hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,nitric acid and alkaline with concentration below 40wt% in water.It is also stable to radiation and most bad environmental conditions,which lead to excellent performance for the long term.

Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (polyvinylidene fluoride) membrane is a kind of solid phase support. PVDF membrane is hydrophobic and its pore size is large and small. The membrane of 0.45um is used for the protein more than 20000, the membrane for less than 20000 is the membrane of 0.2um. The purpose of methanol treatment is to activate the positive group on the membrane. It makes it easier to bind with negatively charged protein. PVDF membrane has higher mechanical strength. It is an ideal solid phase support material in imprinting method.
